Elite Community Outreach is a 501(c)(3) with programs to keep troubled youth in school and off the streets and provide soft-skills job training to ex-felons re-entering the working world. As the scope of Elite’s important work grew, so did their need for a platform to organize and share information.
The Challenge
Delivering information in a way that resonates
Elite Safe School students’ needs are not one-size fits all
The public schools still heavily rely on paper communication
Kids require a learning environment that moves at their pace
Focus on empowering people to make effective changes in their lives

The Process
All of Elite’s resources and curriculum in one place
A mobile application that goes with students wherever they go
Self-regulated learning tools help students build positive learning habits
Data and analytics allow Elite teachers and staff to easily track students’ performance
Keeping their resources current and accessible
Continuing to help at-risk students learn and grow
Documenting the methods ELITE has developed over the last 20 years
Teaching others how to start a Safe School program in their community
