What is SparkLearn, and who is it for?
SparkLearn is a mobile-first microlearning and performance support platform built for frontline and deskless teams — restaurant and hotel staff, construction crews, utility and field service technicians, sales teams and volunteers. More than 500,000 learners have been onboarded and trained on it.
Is SparkLearn an LMS or an LXP?
SparkLearn is a learning experience platform (LXP) focusing on mobile-first adaptive microlearning. It enables easy learning content delivery via a flexible content management system and an intuitive mobile app design.
How is SparkLearn different from a traditional LMS or other microlearning tools?
SparkLearn is mobile-first and built for the deskless workforce: it works offline, onboards workers without corporate email, and combines content delivery, authoring, and learning analytics (via xAPI/LRS) in one platform — without the desk-bound, course-catalog feel of a legacy LMS.
Which platforms is SparkLearn available for?
SparkLearn is available for the iOS and Android platforms as a native mobile app (smartphones and tablets). It is also accessible via modern browsers on Mac and PC.
Does SparkLearn work offline?
SparkLearn was designed with unstable internet connections in mind. Users accessing content via the mobile app can view materials offline and have records sent when they are back online.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Most customers launch in days or weeks, not months — kickoff and branding, content import, user provisioning, then a pilot and full launch. Enterprise deployments with deeper integrations take longer, and your customer success team scopes a timeline up front.
How does SparkLearn keep learners engaged?
Push notifications, streaks and gamification, nudges, and a microlearning cadence designed to drive completion among busy frontline teams. Annotations, badges, certificates and leaderboards make it more fun for learners.
Do we need a training team or instructional designer to use SparkLearn?
No. SparkLearn works out of the box with no IT setup, and the AI assistant builds your site structure and training categories from a simple list — no training expert needed on your side.
What kind of support and customer success do you provide?
We provide onboarding assistance, admin training, support channels and office hours. SLAs and a dedicated customer success manager are available for Enterprise customers.
